Velo Chef in Europe is the second book from Henrik Orre. Henrik is one of the best chefs around, having worked with Team Sky and Michelin starred restaurants, the food he creates is stunning. For this book Henrik and his team commissioned me to create four very clear maps of the areas featured, these were Mallorca, Nice, Girona and Lombardy. They also asked me to create a portrait of Henrik to appear throughout the book offering helpful hints and tips.
